1. Are your pest control treatments safe for kids and pets?
Yes, absolutely. We use Health Canada–approved products and follow strict safety guidelines. Our treatments are safe for children and pets once the recommended re-entry time has passed. We’ll let you know if any temporary precautions are needed.
2. How long does a typical pest control treatment take?
Most treatments take 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the size of your property and the type of pest problem. Larger infestations or multi-unit buildings may require more time for thorough coverage.
Do I need to leave my home during the treatment?
For certain treatments, especially sprays or fogging, we recommend leaving the home for a few hours until it’s safe to re-enter. Heat or steam treatments may also require temporary evacuation. We’ll provide clear instructions before we begin.
